DESCRIPTION:Phone Skills: Capture The Ring\n\nwith Dave Eschbach\n\nYou can expect immediate results immediate returns on time invested. \n\nDuring this class we will discuss and share ideas for making the phone our most profitable tool.  David will present everything from mindset\, to technique\, to tracking methods. You will leave with all the tools necessary to ensure you and your team use your phone as opportunity instead of a distraction.  \n\nDavid has started two shops from scratch during the pandemic and the success of both shops are because he and his team mastered the art of using the phone.  \n\n\n\nDavid has invested most of his career working with both independent shop owners and multi-unit franchise operations.  He has written training curriculum for three nationwide repair facilities and worked as a consultant for over 200 independent automotive repair businesses.  \n\nCurrently\, he owns and operates Spirit One Automotive and Towing\, a two-location business with plans for adding three more locations within five years.\n\nThroughout his thirty-year career David has had the wonderful opportunity to work in all sectors of the automotive industry. Ultimately\, his passion and genuine desire is to help independent shop owners achieve their goals.
